May the forest be with you 🌲
Is there anything that wears brown better than the trunk and boughs of a majestic tree that has been living and growing longer than humanly possible. My granddaughter was suitably impressed with the height of this beauty in the Blue Mountains when we were there earlier this year. We have had a return to winter weather in Perth with rain storms, hail and cold, and yup.. I looove it :) As mentioned yesterday, it was a good thing that I did stock up with lollies because despite the weather I had lots of little Halloween monsters knocking on my door.. all accompanied by a resilient parent :) Happy Friday, take care and stay safe..
Quite a big tree! I imagine wood is going to factor in a number of posts for this theme.
ReplyDeleteAn impressive tree. I remember being fascinated by their size when I was a littl'un.
ReplyDeleteWhat a cute photo, she is so small with that huge tree!
ReplyDeleteThat is quite a tree, Grace! Perfect choice for the theme!
ReplyDeleteI'm glad you had lots of kiddies - it makes it so much fun.
Absolutely perfect! Mother nature does brown beautifully.

ReplyDeleteI have an 8 year old grandson. How old is your granddaughter? :))
If I see such a large tree, I will also be impressed!
Thank you for sharing! 💗
Wow! I felt that! Great trees and photos
ReplyDeleteYour little sweetie is adorable.
ReplyDeleteIt is windy and raining here for Hallowe’en too. Miserable for the kids!
The tree is pretty impressive and your granddaughter is adorable.
ReplyDeleteNice image displaying mother nature's version of brown.
Those big trees are wonderful. We've got some here in California.
ReplyDelete...lots of toothpicks in that baby!
ReplyDeleteOh wow! That sure is a huge tree!
ReplyDeletePerfect choice! And most every photo is made better with a grandchild in it.
ReplyDeleteGood one for theme day.
ReplyDeleteThat you had lots of young visitors last night rather says something about the demographics of your area, that is young families replacing older people. Not that I am saying..... Lovely photo of your well rugged up granddaughter staring up into the tree's majesty.
ReplyDeleteGrace, where is the baby?! That´s full grown child there - not as old as the tree, but, weee...!!! Glad you had a fun chance to get rid off your lollies :-)
ReplyDeleteAwww - wonderful!
ReplyDeleteBrown and trees and kids, a perfect combination!
