In Kings Park on Wednesday passing the time until I could visit my sister who is unfortunately having a spell in hospital I spent a calming half hour walking and taking a few shots of the views. Fraser Avenue above and below is one of my favourite views, the majestic lemon scented gums make a wonderfully impressive drive up into the park, and a few glimpses that caught my eye. I'm looking forward to catching up but as always family comes first.. bon weekend, take care and stay safe..
Terrific perspectives here, Grace. I hope the doctors and nurses are taking good care of your sister.
ReplyDeleteIt looks like a perfect place for relaxing walk in the park. I hope your sister is doing well.
ReplyDeleteWishing your sister a speedy recovery. This does look a lovely area to take a restorative stroll.

ReplyDelete...some mighty spectacular trees.
ReplyDeleteThe park looks as wonderful as I remember, including the boab tree. I don't remember the tourist bus though.
ReplyDeleteThose smoke-haze days remind me of Florida! Michigan is much nicer.
ReplyDeleteI like the wide lane in the first photo, and the park is lovely with the huge trees. Hope your sister will get well soon.
ReplyDeleteYou really captured the spirit of the day. Bravo!
ReplyDeleteFraser Avenue is beautiful, but Kings Park in general is a beautiful place with the best views over the city.
ReplyDeleteHope your sister is recovering well.

ReplyDeleteTall trees and road. I just loved the first pic....
