City Daily Photo Theme.. Laugh!

The laughing kookaburra has one of the best calls ever. I searched YouTube for videos showing just how infectious their laugh can be and look, I found a video of these two visiting Amsterdam and looooving it.. well not all of them, isn't there always that one in the group who just doesn't get the joke 😉 The kookaburras here painted on canvas by one of my very favourite WA artists Wendy Binks hang in my kitchen, mocking my every culinary adventure :) Looking forward to seeing how CDP'ers around the world interpret the May theme. Happy Tuesday, take care and stay safe..

  2. Very nice Grace. The call is really unique. Those 3 on the second image remind me of the 3 Stooges.

  12. Oh what great pictures. I love kookaburras! I love the name kookaburra. I love to say the name. I'm going to be going around all evening saying "kookaburra, kookaburra," so be prepared to get an irate phone call from Lois Anne. Nah, just kidding. She doesn't get irate and she wouldn't call you. She might have a couple things to say to me, though. :)

  18. Funny, I´m just looking up and ... boom, same pic I... um... we got from "a friend" as a wedding-pressie :-)
And I´m enjoying it every day a couple of times, too, thank you! Though now... do they mock my abilities at the PC? ;-) I sure give them reason to laugh.
