Fremantle may have the Cappuccino Strip but Guildford, established in 1829 has the 'antique strip' with cafes thrown in along the way for that restoring caffeine pick me up before heading back in search of that illusive treasure! It was 28C yesterday, humid with a storm brewing all day. James Street was as busy as ever. It took all day but the storm has arrived, the rain bucketing down as I type, I must remember to turn off my reticulation, it won't be needed for the next four months ☁⛆ Happy Friday, take care and stay safe.. P.s. back to Lake Gwelup tomorrow...
It looked busy there. Stay indoors and out of the rain!
ReplyDeleteOh I love these! A sort of mash up of Hawaii and California!
ReplyDeleteThat sounds like my kind of place!
ReplyDeleteOnce cappuchino please!
ReplyDeleteThat looks like a very nice place to pass the time and enjoy chatting with friends. We were dry for a long period and then had a week plus with rain every day. Weird. In this part of Florida, we're used to a little rain ever few days but hardly ever does it last one whole day.
ReplyDeleteLooks like a great place for a browse PDP.
ReplyDelete...how about shipping that white Jag up to me!
ReplyDeleteA very wise decision to turn off your reticulation, in my opinion of course.
ReplyDeleteI do like those "marquises", Grace!
ReplyDeleteFarmers here loose their crop due to the hot, dry weather wheras in the East there is massive flooding. Crazy weather!
Pretty streetsight!
ReplyDeleteLooks like a great place to do some windowshopping and then stop for a cappucino.
ReplyDeleteAustralia is definitely on my bucket list!
ReplyDeleteStay dry, my friend....
Looks like a busy place. Take care Diane
ReplyDeleteWhat an exciting place to wander about. I hope your storms stay mild, we've had a few windy thunderstorms too, after incredibly hot days!
