... that's a heck of a lot of windows for two fellas to clean! If they're on the way down.. well done them! If they're on the way up only another 110 ten windows to go, give or take a few :) Seen working on one of the new buildings in Kings Square on Wellington Street. Hope you have a super weekend, take care and stay safe..
Cool modern building, and great shots of those brave workers, G!
ReplyDeleteNot my ideal job! Great capture!
ReplyDeletewow, the first pic seems a puzzle! sometimes i work hanged like those guys! :) ew
ReplyDeleteI like the building, Grace! Not a job that I could do!!
ReplyDeleteVery brave of them! Not a job for me either. Have a nice weekend Grace.

Oh darn, I thought that was your day job. Which one is you, right or left? I cannot in my wildest dreams imagine myself doing that work. I can't imagine, in my wildest nightmares, doing that work! Great shots, though. So good, in fact, I'll probably have nightmares tonight! Thanks a lot! Nah, just kidding. Re your question: We haven't been to the movies in many years. Why spend money when we can sit comfortably at home watching a 60 inch screen which provides an amazing, brilliant and sharp picture? Plus we can hit "pause" at any time, get something to eat when we want, and head to the bathroom if need be. I should probably do a spread sheet on how much money we have saved in just the past ten years by not going to the movies once a week. Thousands, I'll bet. :)
ReplyDeleteOops, I forgot to mention the shooting which I believe was in your area ... or the Perth police representative was talking about it. You're not supposed to have such things there. We've got all the whackos and guns here!
ReplyDeleteThose fancy glass buildings still need cleaned the old-fashioned way. I like climbing and rappelling, but I do not want to attempt what those fellows do day after day.
ReplyDelete...I'm glad that I don't have to wash the windows!
ReplyDeleteGreat capture Grace. I couldn't do that for a million bucks.
ReplyDeleteYour question about the light on the rocks, it was sundown.
Have a nice weekend. These weeks seem to be just flying by. :)
In my experience window cleaners always go down, otherwise they will drip on already clean windows.
ReplyDeleteAt this time I seen my window in worst looking.
ReplyDeleteCoffee is on
Now there's a job you couldn't give me for love or money. Dangling on a rope and trying to accomplish anything is a unique skill set. They did a nice job.
ReplyDeleteThat's one of those jobs that you would never catch me doing. I have a hard enough time just watching them.
ReplyDeleteThe same as painting the Eiffeltower. A neverending story. Nice shot.x
ReplyDeleteAt least they won't be made redundant any time soon!
ReplyDeleteOh, Grace, very well done, LOL, that second picture is rather "brutal". I sincerely hope they´re on their way down! How "frustrating" a job that must be - not that I ever could do this.
ReplyDeleteI like the architecture, though.
Spectacular and dangerous work! Arianna
ReplyDeleteCool job, they are hanging around all the day :-)
ReplyDeleteSeriously, I think it's a hard job, I would not do it for all the gold in the world.
Great photos, Grace !
Amazing building. Great clicks.
ReplyDeleteHappy Weekend :)
Once they finish all the windows, it will be time to start again.
ReplyDeleteI hope they are paid very well.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy the weekend!
I definitely would not want to be a window washer!
ReplyDeleteWow but so great for reflections :-) Take care Diane
ReplyDeleteThat's quite a job. They work from the top down here.
ReplyDeleteDon’t know how they do it.
