No rain over the weekend but it was chilly, not too chilly to take dolly out for a ride :) Look at dad in his shorts and tee shirt, bet he's got a jumper in the backpack, chasing a tot on a bike can warm you up. Was a sweet scenario, the dolly hanging on for dear live at the back.. what you can't see are the stuffed toys filling her basket in front. That's the end of the sunshine for a while, it's rain all the way for the next few days. Hope you had/are still having a good weekend, happy Monday, take care and stay safe..
Did I tell you it's summer here too ?! Actually a kind of Australian winter! It didn't rain on weekends but it was 19 degrees! Tomorrow it also didn't rain and we have been promised 22 degrees, but from Tuesday ... we will return to 17 degrees and rain!
ReplyDeleteYou melted me today ... that little doll is gorgeous!
...a sweet scene.
ReplyDeleteSweet photo with dad and daughter spending quality time together. When I see a child with training wheels I think there is a better way to teach bike riding using a strider bike without peddles. Children learn to balance the bike so graduating to a regular bicycle comes naturally.
ReplyDeleteA very cute scene, Grace.
ReplyDeleteThat is so sweet, Grace! Maybe the father was Canadian and thought it was nice and warm! ;-))
ReplyDeleteSpring will find you before you know it my dear. A heartwarming post
ReplyDelete❤️
ReplyDeleteA perfect scene! Great capture!
ReplyDeleteLove this. Dad is carrying a coat for her in case she needs it. What a great Dad.
ReplyDeleteDearest Grace,
ReplyDeleteGlad you captured this historic moment! Cute photo of a little toddler peddling around with her dolly in tow!
We too biked in sunny 33°C weather and the shower afterwards felt great!
Hugs,
Mariette
I doesn't really look like a winter day. Dads and daughters. Nice.
ReplyDeleteA familiar scene for us.
ReplyDeleteDolly needs a helmet
ReplyDeleteBeautiful pic
ReplyDeleteYour family? I like the yellow bike and yellow case in the back.
ReplyDeleteA charming little scene. She'll soon be off on her own.
ReplyDeletepeaceful scene,i like a lot! ew :)
ReplyDeleteGrace! Chilly and people wear summer clothes. ... ! ;-) Sitting in Autumn clothes over here.
ReplyDeleteOh, but why. Ingo, myself, my Brother (in that order), we all had to endure learning to ride a bicycle with such stupid "training wheels".
The hardest job when those were gone. Bloody knees and ellbows, running Granmas...
My Nieces learned without those and went on much better.
Poor doll :-)
Sunny, but COLD. What a stupid holiday Ingo has.
Cuteness!!!But I just really hope Dolly won't fall down.
ReplyDeleteI see a Hero and a Princess.
ReplyDeleteQuite cute.
ReplyDeleteThat looks very nice. Good street photography.
ReplyDeleteShe will be a nice mother taking her children on the bike in the future.:)
ReplyDeleteHello Grace,
ReplyDeleteVery nice picture.
So cute to see this lovely kid with her dolly.
And of course when it's dry outside Dolly also has to take a break...hihi...!!
Greetings, Marco

ReplyDeleteCheers
Keeping up with that "little-kid" energy is a challenge for all adults. It's a sweet scene.
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely steet scene, Grace !
ReplyDeleteCute photo Grace. Just today at Carousel shopping I saw a whole lot of young girls in shorts and cropped tops, in the middle of winter, even though it's not that cold, but shorts?
ReplyDeleteLove this photo, what a sweet moment in their life, and yep we have lots of men and boys in Minnesota that even during our winters which is incredibly cold there are those out and about in their shorts!
ReplyDeleteHaha a fun photo. Cheers Diane
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely shot.
