Couldn't resist a snap of the big green angry man bursting through the wall of Get Fit Central in West Perth. I'm not 100% sure but I think the Hulk is the work of the incredible :) Perth muralist Drew Straker. So perfect for its location. I popped my head in to see what was happening inside, lots of fab art inside too.. plus lots of super fit people doing super fit stuff.. I withdrew my super unfit bod out of there pronto 😉 Check out their Facebook page, oh to be so strong! Happy Tuesday, take care and stay safe..
Hulk wants to be left alone. Hulk hate world. Except for chocolate. Hulk like chocolate.
ReplyDeleteLove The New Banner Shot - Very Seasonal For Sure
ReplyDeleteCheers
So if the Hulk goes from a hundred fifty odd pound normal guy to a thousand pound behemoth in seconds, why do his pants still remain relatively in shape as opposed to being blasted apart at the seams and we end up with a big naked green guy running around smashing everything?
ReplyDeleteI wouldn't mind being a bit fitter - but not at the cost of turning green!
ReplyDeleteGreat mural. Gee Grace, if you go in there and start working out you'd be one of those fit people. That reminds me I've gotta loose some pounds.
ReplyDeleteOh yes it is a very successful and quite impressive trompe l'oeil. great find Gracie. I wish you a good week in Paris where spring comes slowly
ReplyDeleteI know of the Hulk but living in Rhodesia we never saw the films!! Have a good week Diane
ReplyDeleteImpressive mural, the location is chosen very well so on a corner!
ReplyDeleteYou are right - it is perfect for the location, Grace!
ReplyDeleteNice seeing Hulk hanging out on the corner. Excellent mural!
ReplyDelete...I'd just as soon not look like that!
ReplyDeleteI think you were being very brave just sticking your head in a place like that. All those fit bodies would intimidate me too much to look inside.
ReplyDeleteThat’s a great mural!
ReplyDeleteYou are right about the work being in the perfect location.
ReplyDeleteI love rounded corner buildings (I lived in a turret once upon a time...)
ReplyDeleteMe LIKE HULK!
Oooh! Great new header!
ReplyDeleteAwww. I'd be more fit but I don't want to turn green...(that's a new one, eh?)
Amazing mural.
ReplyDeleteQuite an impressive mural , Grace.
ReplyDeleteAnd big wow for really going inside! I had a look at the FB site and was astonished it all looks so simple!
Also funny: For today I planned to (and hopefully will) return to real training. :-)
Oh, and: Nice header, though I miss the summer-view big!
ReplyDeleteGreat mural on indeed a perfect spot.

So fitting for a Crossfit box. They call them "boxes" here. Seems strange for the shape of that place! Hulk gets the spot noticed!

Quite fitting mural for the Cross Fit Central.
ReplyDeleteYour new header is very pretty Grace.
Ein klasse Wandbild sehr passend.

Beautiful art . Please check out my new blog post.
ReplyDeleteThat is a great mural. Always enjoyed The Hulk, and its location is perfect. You asked about my picture of the Rock Island Rocket. The Rock Island RR bought six diesel streamline engines from the Electro-Motive Corporation in 1937. These engines, EMC-TA designated #601-#606, produced 1200 HP and pulled four passenger cars. By the late 1940s they were upgraded and replaced.
ReplyDeleteYou have such wonderful mural art in the Perth area. I love the action in that Hulk portrait. Go HULK!
ReplyDeleteExcellent place for Hulk!
