Yesterday reminded me that it is not only good but also essential to change up established habits. Parking at a different angle in a different spot in my local garden nursery allowed glimpses of colour in a place that I had long forgotten about. To be fair the nursery has long forgotten about it also as you have to push your way through overgrown bushes to reach it. You cannot quieten the riot of colours nature creates however neglected it may be. Not strictly a grotto in the true meaning of the word but a secret spot that I'm pretty sure not many have appreciated for a long time. Happy Tuesday, take care and stay safe..
Great with all the Autumn colors.
ReplyDeleteYou found a perfect spot to enjoy the quiet and the colors of nature.
ReplyDeleteGreat spot for al these natural colors. Always good to look on something from a different viewpoint.
ReplyDeleteA colourful spot, Grace. Nature is amazing!
ReplyDeleteA glade perhaps, rather than a grotto; but beautiful whatever you call it.

Ahhh…gorgeous. Thank you for uncovering it.
ReplyDeleteYou deciduous trees don't seem to get much of a winter rest, still holding leaves this late. What a nice discovery.
ReplyDeleteA pretty spot.

ReplyDeleteCoffee is on and stay safe

ReplyDeleteGrace, you had me SO laughing! 🤣🤣🤣
ReplyDeleteWe have a map of our area here by the door where we used to pin where our cars are parked.
And when I was still working in the Volkswagen plant (as external) I once thought my car was stolen. I was SURE I parked in row 5... No, this time it was 11. Panic mode. Same happened to one of my Ts. He even was in row 33, guess how long he searched in panic.
You´re really in Autumn there. I want to stay (?) in summer - well maybe temps climb to some limb 26 today.... a wee bit summerly.
I just love the colors of autumn. Nice collage!
ReplyDeleteAll those autumn colours are so lovely, my sort of colours. Golden and sunny.
