Sunday vibes..

There was a time when the idea of taking your kids into the city to have fun would have been fairly unusual. I'm happy to say these days there are so many family fun activities organized, especially during the school holidays, that it's too easy to jump on the train and head into the city. Despite attractions in Elizabeth Quay and Yagan Square it's good to see that youngsters still enjoy getting wet while hatching plans, below, in the water labyrinth in Forrest Place.. simple pleasures that don't cost a cent while at the same time mum and dad can enjoy a coffee ringside in Bocelli's Espresso. That's where we were.. the two young boys above acting too cool for school :) Happy Sunday, take care and stay safe..

  3. There are a few of those water features in our English towns, though the weather does not often co-operate. The kids don't care.

  10. "Don't go in!" was the standard when I was young enough to enjoy a fountain. It's great to see people invited into water features now.
