The City Daily Photo theme for January is 'favourite photo from previous year'. It's a tricky one and I've picked the two here for very different reasons. The spur of the moment shot above typifies the free spirit we all, deep down, would like to be, current day pressures often getting in the way. I'm aiming for a sunset meditation any day now :) The shot below was such a thrill because it was the first time I have ever seen a tawny frogmouth, check out post here to see this amazing creature doing it's thing, was an incroyable sight!
This is my fav shot.. just scraped into 2018, the last piece of the 1000 piece jigsaw, my Christmas present, going in on New Year's eve. A real family affair over the last few weeks, although most of the credit should go to P and my daughter-in-law who were hooked from the moment the pieces fell out onto the dining room table :) Our Sydney famille flew home today, I miss them already. Looking forward to catching up this weekend to see what you have been up
to while I've been away, happy weekend, take care and stay safe..
