I had heard that the Scarborough Beach Redevelopment plan was in full speed ahead, most of the car parks ripped up causing much inconvenience when trying to find a parking spot :) I know right, be patient.. look ahead blah, blah blah! We did eventually find a spot and it was well worth the hunt, resulting in the beach people shots here and also discovering Seaburbia Gallery Cafe a new coffee spot with a spectacular view, rave reviews re the coffee and breakfast, unfortunately closed 'due to weather' (?) but we will definitely return to confirm ..
Come on now, wouldn't you like to join me for a cuppa overlooking the view below, you might want to wait awhile though until the parking gets easier.. completion in early 2018 gives you time to organize your plans :) Happy Thursday, take care and stay safe...
Closed due to weather? But the weather looks fine!
ReplyDeleteI dream of having a beach hutch like the one in your top shop. Perfect!!!!!
ReplyDeleteLovely blue. Highlighted the picture well...
ReplyDeleteOh how these photos are making me long for some beach time. However, I'm not sure that California could produce such absolutely amazing water colors. Your beaches are pretty spectacular.
ReplyDeleteGrace, what great shots along the beach. The color of the ocean is amazing. We are near the shores of the Mediterranean and while it is blue, it is never that deep blue in your photos.
ReplyDelete...so many beautiful blues.
ReplyDeleteSure is a bright blue.
ReplyDeleteCoffee is on
Amazing views. Great clicks.
ReplyDeleteA visit to the beach sounds nice.

Too hot. Too cold. Too wet. Too windy. It seems too sunny can be added to the mix of why the cafe was closed.
ReplyDeleteAwww, beautiful views, Grace! Perth list 2019 just started!
ReplyDeleteMaybe the weather was so great they went for a swim and had to close, LOL.
Lenovo is still on Perth-time btw, it's already 16th! ;-)
Maybe they close when the weather is nice to get out and about? ;-)
ReplyDeleteI would love to live there, if Australia would accept two refugees from the horrors of Trumpland!
ReplyDeleteI would be there! Arianna

ReplyDeleteI love the name, very cool. The first image provides a nice setting for the coffee house. Would make a nice postcard to have for sale on their counter when they are open, just saying :)

Closed due to weather? What, is it too hot? Yes it is, but that's why they should be open. Pity about the parking, it's always needed by the beach!
