It was that kind of day yesterday in Perth.. unseasonably warm at 29C when we are not officially out of winter yet. The surfer above diving into the wave only to ride out again a few minutes later. The Indian Ocean was my favourite turquoise blue, and yet I am more excited about the prospect of the coming rain over the next week.. I know right, go figure 😉 Happy Thursday, take care and stay safe..
Splendid shots!
ReplyDeleteThat ocean is a wonderful shade of blue. We had a glorious cooling thunderstorm yesterday evening and temperatures of just 24 today. Perfick! as Del Boy used to say.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful ocean. Over 15 years in Florida and I never saw nice clean looking blue ocean water. Water in FL is always a murky brown or green. Inland lagoons can be nice though, if one likes mosquitoes, snakes, lizards, and alligators. The latter 3 are nice for photographing.
ReplyDeleteFotografias muito refrescantes, aproveito para desejar a continuação de uma boa semana.

...a beach day is a good day.
ReplyDeleteFabulous shots. Grace.
ReplyDeleteWe had rain yesterday and I'm glad that it is gone!

ReplyDeleteCheers
I can see you had great fun at the beach.
ReplyDeleteAh yes, thank you, I needed a trip to the beach.
ReplyDeleteI thought Perth would be so nice in winter, but at 29 degrees in winter, maybe not. Pretty water and the sea life looks ok.
ReplyDelete29 degrees? wow that's what we had in Fiji.
ReplyDeleteWorth saving by the sound of it!
ReplyDeleteThat's the sort of winter day we'd like here when we've been stuck in it a few months. I don't think I'd ever tire of the Indian Ocean.
ReplyDeleteI'm afraid there are more surprises in store for us...
ReplyDeleteBeautiful clicks.
ReplyDeleteSummer and very warm in my area, but we only had 26C...
ReplyDeleteWe have the same temperatures as you, out climate change has started already...
ReplyDeleteHehe, Grace. See my video from today tomorrow, you´ll love it.
ReplyDeleteMy feet were wet.
I don't blame you for craving the rain. We finally had some last night but not enough to make a difference. There was quite a lightening show though. We still are having excessive heat here. It seems so late in the year for temperatures above 110 (43c).
ReplyDeleteGorgeous pictures.
