Got to shape up.....!

Well it's official! I'm a year older today and many would say none the wiser :) It's a little ironic don't you think that the time between each birthday as you get older seems to get shorter! So with summer approaching, although yesterday's weather was a bit wild, check out the approaching rain below, it's time to shape up! There's no excuse, you don't have to join a gym.. in many of the parks around Perth the public exercise equipment is excellent, and here at McCallum Park in Victoria Park south of the river the view over Heirrison Island to the city is not too shabby! You can exercise alone.. or with a friend, or even with a complete stranger :) Yup, that's moi below getting carried away while on a family picnic when the weather was a lot warmer.
