Don't 'banksia' on it.....!

Sometimes girls just want to have fun (I dare you!) After a frustrating kind of week a bit of silly is called for don't you think? Do you ever take a shot because even before downloading you can see the potential for a bit of fun?  Suspended out into the big blue by a mere twig of a branch I knew that with the help of Picasa I could transform the Banksia from a symbolic Australian wildflower into a magically suspended Australian Christmas candle. I apologize and can't promise that things won't get worse :) it's the Federal elections on Saturday, I'm not sure how much worse it can get! Have a fab Friday, take care and stay safe.... 1. Still, that's a very weird plant--kind of like a cross between a rhododendron and corn! :-)

  5. Very clever. I sat there staring at the shot trying to figure out if it was getting blown off the tree by wind or something else:)

  6. Wow, you did a great job making that little branch disappear entirely and I love the effect. I love to play around with photos. Sometimes if I don't have anything to do, I'll pick a few photos out of the files and just play with them to see what I can create. Every now and then, I get a masterpiece.
