Rubbish bins all in a row don't seem quite so utilitarian when surrounded by colour, shapes and a bright orange tee shirt :) Still so much to see in Wolfe Lane. Dutch artist Amok Island found his way from Amsterdam to Perth to 'follow his love for everything tropical'.. see more of his fishy murals around the world here (excellent) including Dolphin Fish above. Meanwhile around the corner on the same building Melbourne artist Lucas Grogan was, in his favoured blue and white.. declaring the whole lane 'Dead Posh' :)
..and just when you least expect it.. a cheeky little ROA, excellent! I hope you had or are still having a wonderful weekend.. Monday for me, let's see what this week brings! Take care and stay safe...
Lots of color and imagination!
ReplyDeleteOh, yes! So much color, imagination and creativity!! I have really enjoyed this whole series, Grace!! Such terrific captures as always!! Hope you have a great new week!!
ReplyDeleteSo vibrant and colorful!
ReplyDeleteThe colors really are fantastic in those top two photos.

These are just great! Thank you Grace.
ReplyDeleteThese are all so good, Grace! Such wonderful murals that you have there.
ReplyDeleteInteresting colours in these fabulous murals, Grace!
ReplyDeleteMurals, something that I like the most :)
ReplyDeleteVery good murals beautify the city.
They are all terrific works and well captured. 'Dead posh' was a phrase I heard a few times in England.
ReplyDeleteThese are wonderful!
ReplyDeletePerth is overflowing with artistic talent!
ReplyDeleteDespite the wonderful splashes of colour, can we please turn the clock back to Sunday?
ReplyDeleteGreat murals! I especially like the "expression" of the fish. Hope your Monday is going well!
ReplyDeleteLove that possum perched on the pipes Grace.
ReplyDeleteHaven't seen this ROA possum yet.
ReplyDeleteNever heard of the Dutchman, he gave himself a weird name, but his murals are ok, I think he had no space in Amsterdam anymore to paint on. In Perth you have a lot of huge walls with very nice murals, I like that last one.
ReplyDeleteThank you Grace, you really do bring colour to my day! xJoy
ReplyDeleteI almost missed those rubbish bins as the mural caught my eyes. Good camouflage!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful, Grace! I can´t believe how much and fast Perth changes!
ReplyDeletei really like them!
ReplyDeleteThose pipes look like a pain in the rear!
ReplyDeleteLove the ROA.
ReplyDeleteWhat a feast for the eyes. ROA always gets me but that tropical grouper makes me smile. Thanks for contributing to this week's Monday Mural.
ReplyDeleteI have to say I'm amazed at the amount of street art you have in Perth!!! What a creative city spirit!!!
ReplyDeleteI really like that fish, not to mention ROA's creature, of course!
ReplyDeleteI like the fish and the Dead Posh but not so much the rat!
