It's been a while since Aimee and I had a walk through Hepburn reserve.. yesterday it was so lovely to see the bush coming alive with the beginnings of spring colour..yellow, orange and red
Grevillea, the deep blue creeper above changing the wire fencing from utilitarian to..a frame for my winding path :)) Along the way we met other walkers enjoying the warm sunny afternoon, the sweetest being the little fellow below skipping ahead of his mum and sister with two very cute chubby pugs.....
Kangaroo shot courtesy of Aimee, isn't it fabulous.....!
A bench in the bush flanked by grass trees is not to bad a spot to sit and rest awhile, the last time I saw this bench it was covered in graffiti, looks like it's had a lick of paint since then! This one's for you Malyss and VP....hope you have a good middle of the working week Wednesday, take care and stay safe....
Colorful walk.
ReplyDeleteOh, I love the kangaroo shot!! Thank Aimee for me!! And what a beautiful place to walk and such colorful flowers!! Delightful post for the day, Grace! Hope your week is going well! Enjoy!
ReplyDeleteA lovely place to wander, especially with pugs around!
ReplyDeleteI like them, they remind me of the family.
It looks like it will be a lush spring, Grace!
ReplyDeleteThank you for the bench! Some of those flowers really look like kinds of aliens!
ReplyDeleteAnd this kangaroo is soooo cute!Do they let people approach them and caress them or are they a little unfriendly?..
So many beautiful images, but it is easy to guess which one captured my attention...
ReplyDeleteLovely images....i like the second very much.

ReplyDeleteGreat kangaroo snap. My regards to the redhead! Spring colors in your area hmm, I wonder what that means over here...
ReplyDeleteHow depressing - spring for you means... well you know. But the colours are gorgeous and the kangaroos are wonderful and exotic (to me) in the extreme!

Walking between Nature and sit on that bench is best.
Hugs and kisses.
The kangaroos look so sweet, those eyelashes, amazing!
ReplyDeleteI see lots of pretty things are blooming down your way. While you are thinking of spring, we are still battling excessive heat warning. I'm ready for fall but I'm afraid it won't show up until November. I always love to see the kangaroos! Great shot there.
ReplyDeleteGreat close up of the kangoroes.
ReplyDeleteGreetings,
Filip
