Magic moments.....
This is my last picture from the Freo markets, and for me the one I enjoyed taking the most. It was one of those moments when you see a scene that evokes such clear memories, I'm sure every one of you will know exactly what I'm talking about. Sitting with your daughter or son (or grandchild) and being so involved in what you're doing together that everything around you is of no consequence! I only took the one very quick shot because I didn't want them to notice me and so disturb the companionable aura around them.....I have had a little 'tinker' (thanks Ciel, you'll know what I mean!), hope you like what I've done with it.....!!

Life, as it can, as it should be.
ReplyDeletePlease have you all a good Wednesday.
Looks like those two crafty gals were having a lot of fun!
ReplyDeleteThis is one of those photos that you could sit and study for some time...so much to see...so many emotions rising...so unremarkable in one sense, yet quite remarkable because it insists that we consider its meaning which results in poignant memories of those all too rare times when we, too, have connected with the ones we love...
ReplyDeleteA lovely moment! I don't think they would have even noticed you Grace.
ReplyDeleteThe sweetest photo of the two of them! Just delightful.

ReplyDeleteYou caught a frail and perfect moment!
ReplyDeletePerfect shot. You can feel the warmth between these two. A lovely moment in time. :)
ReplyDeleteI am just catching up with your recent posts, as I was away for my son's wedding on a Caribbean island in the midst of a cruise.
ReplyDeleteMy wife and I love seeing local food markets when we travel, although sometimes the food can get too exotic for my tastes in developing countries. I think your Freo market is, thankfully, more mainstream than the markets we have visited in places such as China, Tanzania or Morocco.
Oh what a terrific scene you captured. I think all the colors and the lighting adds to the "aura". Good one my dear.
