In Fremantle Harbour to have lunch with Aimee this week couldn't resist whipping the lensball out to have some fun with the green lighthouse out on the South Mole. As I mentioned before it's not all that easy handling the lensball on a 35C day, it gets red hot in a flash so it's a quick click at best. Which way would you display this shot, right way up or upside down :)
If you look reeeeally hard in the shot below you can see the red lighthouse out on the North Mole, although you will have to take my word for it that it is red :) Hope you have a good weekend, take care and stay safe..

I prefer the first photo, but both are good. I am surprised the lens ball gets hot in the sun. Have not had that problem with mine, but then any heat is appreciated here now with last night's blizzard.
ReplyDeleteGreat shots with the lensball, Grace. You're becoming a master of the ball. :)
ReplyDeleteI like the 1st one too, Grace!
ReplyDelete...these are clever!
ReplyDeleteHello,
ReplyDeleteThis is so nice. But I think it is not easy to do.
Your pictures are amazing. It is very special to see these funny results. I like the second picture most.
Greetings, Marco
Nice work with the lensball. You didn't get the lensball mount?
ReplyDeleteWhat fun! I love to play. Aloha Aimee!
ReplyDeleteI like the first photo best. Of course how it is done is beyond my brain.
ReplyDeleteDearest Grace,
ReplyDeleteGreat photos taken by you.
Happy weekend!
Hugs,
Mariette
Awesome clicks.
ReplyDeleteHave a nice weekend.
Great, great shots, Grace, don´t burn down the house ;-)
ReplyDeleteYes, the red one... Still hanging in the kitchen. The green one fell when we finally could change from winter to summer and removed the styrofoam from the window :-(
May I take yours as pic to hang on the wall (after lockdown, hahaha....)?
A great weekend to you! -2C, off to the market, brrr...
Hi Grace, I just bought myself a lens ball. You are the one to blame for it :-). I prefer the right way (reflection in ball reversed). Can't even imagine how hot the ball can get in your conditions. We are now in winter, so, at least that is not a problem, though I am struggling to get a nice photo.
ReplyDeleteVery nice shots, Grace!
ReplyDeleteYou are a realy photographer!
I can't make a choice, like them all!
ReplyDeleteNice reflections.
ReplyDeleteMarvellous shots. Very creative.
ReplyDeleteThe lighthouse is quite impressive.
ReplyDeleteThese are fun shots!
ReplyDeleteI was waiting for these photos! Looks like fun to experiment.
ReplyDeleteWow, wonderful compositions and reflections, Grace !
ReplyDeleteI have had a lensball on my wish list for a couple of year but the hint is not working! Lovely shots.
ReplyDeleteStay safe and keep well, Diane
Either way works for me, what a delightful group of reflections and such a lovely view too!
ReplyDeleteWow...amazing anyway you look at it.
ReplyDeleteHi Grace. The lens ball looks like a lot of fun and a different perspective. Wishing you much joy in 2021.
ReplyDeleteGreat reflections Grace. I like the first one :)
ReplyDeleteFantastic! I'm not a fan of hot weather but the lensball looks fun.
ReplyDeleteWelcome Back And Beautiful Photos
ReplyDeleteCheers
How lovely to meet up with Aimee
