Perth artist Drew Straker well known for his incroyable neon glow technique.. 'white lines under a transparent colour' seen here, is also master of the negative, above. White only on black to give an almost negative effect. Excellent choice here, the black and white suits the grey, slightly shabby wall with rusty window grills of the Chatsworth Deli, now a florist, on Beaufort Street perfectly.. whereas a colourful mural could have looked out of place don't you think?
