Grrr! Only kidding.. even though it looks as if he's hogging the water bowl he was a gentle soul. After an early morning 6km walk along the coast road I probably looked as excited about my coffee as these two did about water, but hopefully not with my tongue hanging out quite so much :) The colours in the below shot are exactly as they were, no touch-ups, I feel incroyably lucky to live beside such a glorious coastline. Happy Thursday, take care and stay safe...
Cute puppies!
ReplyDeleteRed wing blackbirds here can be quite aggressive as well during nesting season.
You are intrepid, and your coastline GORGEOUS!!!
ReplyDeleteCute dogs, love the shot of the magpie in the nest. The sea looks gorgeous Grace.
ReplyDeleteWonderful scenery and lovely dogs. Greetings!
ReplyDeleteHow funny both dogs show their tongues. They look sweet!
ReplyDelete...now that's what a I call a beach!
ReplyDeleteThe blues are gorgeous. You are fortunate indeed!
ReplyDeleteWow, I wish we were headed into the beach season! You totally captured a dog's nature, so darling.
ReplyDeleteGreat photos and a beautiful beach. Take care Diane
ReplyDeleteI love the sunny blues, Grace! We have been cloudy for what seems like days now and the days are getting shorter.
ReplyDeleteBloor St is one of the main east/west roads in town and is the one the subway runs under.
That is a gorgeous beach and the blue sky is beautiful I haven't seen a blue sky here in a while. I love the dogs just being dogs photo. Very creative pics!
ReplyDeleteSix kilometres! I am impressed. I can see the dog wouldn't harm a fly.
ReplyDeleteI love the dogs. That first shot is priceless. I love the colors, too, and the beach and I'll bet it turned out to be a nice day, if a little warm.
ReplyDeleteAwww...what cute guys enjoying the early morning with their two-legged friends. That sky and water scene is gorgeous. That water is the color of sapphires! And, I have to comment on that beautifully constructed nest. If I was a member of the avian species I'd be a bit jealous.
ReplyDeleteNice photos, especially the bird. Looks like the Rottie took to the water better than mine did. Mine was afraid of water.
ReplyDeleteBoth babes have their tongues out...cute.
ReplyDeleteHappy looking pups. And what a coast! Those colors are positively dreamy.
ReplyDeleteLazing about in the sun and drinking. It's a dog's life!
ReplyDeleteThe first shot, Hahaha. :)
ReplyDeleteHe looks so cute with his tongue. You caught him at the right moment. Can imagine you love to walk the coastline.
ReplyDeleteI remember how beautiful the west coast is with its turquoise water.
ReplyDeleteLovely blue sky and blue sea. And here it is grey and rainy!!!
ReplyDeleteYou always make me smile big when you draw pictures like that, Grace :-)
