Sky over the Swan River.....

Can't believe it's Friday again, where does the time go..?  One of the many things I like about the winters in Australia are the beautiful and quite often dramatic skies, makes for many great photo opportunities, I'm sure all my Australian blog friends will agree with me on this, even Bill (billsdiving) who takes a lot of his pictures 'under' the water...! I took this shot a few weeks ago when we were having a lot of rain and at one time the pier and half of the boat house were under water as the river had risen to crazy levels.  Happy skywatch Friday and have a peaceful weekend.....!!

    The lake looks placid and calm. Love the blue shade of the boat house (I maxed the photo to see it).

    Beautiful and peaceful shot Grace. That's got to be good news that the Swan is high given that you live in a dry part of a dry country!

    Such a wonderful place. No phones, computers or televisions and a pathway to the sea with an expanse of sky and a maze of clouds to get lost in.

    Beautiful photo Grace. It certainly is a wonderful spot for photography and great to see the water level up. Saw people walking on the jetty when it was slightly underwater and they appeared to be "walking on water".
