I remember saying here a few weeks ago that the next time I take a shot of the tall trees in front of Central Park in the middle of the CBD they would be splendidly naked! Two views of the Gledden Building above in reflection and below through the winter trees. I don't think I will ever tire of taking shots of this Art Deco building which is reminiscent of the Verizon Building in New York. Happy weekend, take care and stay safe..
Wonderful architecture.

ReplyDeleteIt is nice in winter that we can get different views through the bare trees, Grace!
ReplyDeleteThat first shot is astonishingly good, Grace. Not that I mean to sound surprised...oh, heck, you KNOW what I mean! :-)
ReplyDeleteBeautiful photos.
ReplyDeleteHave a Nice weekend.
It looks wrong for the trees to be naked when the weather looks so beautiful.
ReplyDeleteSomehow it seems hard to think you are in winter now despite the fact that I spent 50 years of my life in the the South. Wow I do love reflections and that is spectacular. Hope your weekend is a good one, Diane
ReplyDeleteI have to remind myself that it's winter in Australia!
ReplyDeleteNaked trees are wonderful to photograph, there is nothing to hide. Fantastic reflection too, I love it.
ReplyDeleteA beautiful city and I always like to see trees without their leaves. A bit like sculpture.
ReplyDelete...what a different winter look!
ReplyDeleteVery beautiful Grace.
ReplyDeleteJust love the refections in your first photo. Lovely post.
ReplyDeleteFabulous reflections
ReplyDeleteI don't get tired of your Art Deco building either. Excellent reflection!
ReplyDeleteCool reflection shot!
ReplyDeleteThe reflection is beautiful, Grace, but, ewww, the naked trees are a truly sad sight (for me)...
ReplyDeleteBut none-the-less: Have a great weekend!
I don't know about uou but I always look forward to leaves sprouting out on the trees come Spring!

ReplyDeleteSo much to see in your city shots, and it's all so inviting. I'm so happy your share these photos with us.
ReplyDeleteGreat architecture and photos Grace!
ReplyDeleteI didn't know about the Verizon Building and I call myself a New Yorker. It's very near the World Trade Center so there are some distractions.
ReplyDeleteIt is good to have a favourite spot and a favourite building. The good internal feelings are always welcome when in the company of these favourites.
