Looking down to Cathedral Square from the upper level of the City of Perth Library. Love that the tables are painted in rainbow colours but a few umbrellas wouldn't go astray in summer, did I mention those relentless blue skies 😉 In an article I read today it said that if we don't change our wicked ways Melbourne and Sydney could be experiencing 50C in a few years.. imagine that 50C mon dieu! Thinking cool thoughts, happy Wednesday, take care and stay safe..
Too hot!
ReplyDeleteNice Rainbow tables :)
ReplyDelete...WOW!!!
ReplyDeleteYou live in a beautiful city! Love the view from the library looking down to Cathedral Square with the colorful tables, it looks very inviting.
ReplyDeleteI follow a blogger is Pakistan and their summer temperatures have already reached 50 C. Will our grandchildren be forced to live underground?
ReplyDelete50F is about right for me!
ReplyDeleteWay too hot, how do you stay cool in that kind of weather. :(
ReplyDeleteIt is amazingly hot there. I have heard that some young kids are terrified to think of their future. Like your pics though, Grace!
ReplyDeleteWow 50^ is even too hot for me!! 46C one day when we were in Kruger!!!! Take care, cheers Diane
ReplyDeleteKeep cool and carry on Dear 🌞
ReplyDeleteThose tables are brilliant! We had a 50c day back in 1990. I remember it because someone made T-shirts that said "I survived 122 degrees". However, it did ground a few flights. Pilots didn't know if they could get the right lift in that kind of heat.
ReplyDeleteGrace la première photo est magnifique, ces couleurs dans le gris c'est super !
ReplyDeleteLovely photo with that pop of color!
ReplyDeleteYep I"m with you on the temperature, it's way too hot here, I think we're about to have a heatwave.
ReplyDeleteLove the top shot. It looks like black and white with a splash of colour.
ReplyDeleteDefinitely need umbrellas. I often look at seating placement by local governments, that is like bench seats, and so often they are in full sun. Both here and more so in your city, shade is usually much more appreciated by people who want to sit. Ok, yes on a cold winter day it might be nice to sit in the sun, but mostly under the shade of a tree is preferable.
ReplyDelete50 c is a little warm. Or should say right down hot. I love the color of table.
ReplyDeleteGreat shot(s), Grace!
ReplyDeleteAre the tables like that for fun or supporting LGBT - I´d like both :-)
Frankly... well, 50C might be a tad hot, but wee... I´m freezing over here!
Loved the frame ( 1st pic ), Great clicks.
ReplyDeleteThat is mighty high to look down. OMG those temperatures are so high, it is intolerable. Keep cool!
ReplyDeleteA dramatic view and chilling thought about 50C! Janis, GDP
ReplyDeleteSo beautiful …
ReplyDeleteI have the same question as Iris, but anyway, the atmosphere there makes you happy!
Sounds a bit too warm for my liking.
ReplyDeleteInteresting images. The landscape is different from what I see in Virginia.
ReplyDeleteThe first, The great!
