If they are lucky enough to be part of a loving family it really is a dog's life. Sorry I got a wee bit carried away with pics today :) It's always fun to find a spot on Hillarys Dog Beach close to home and watch the dogs cavorting on the sand and in the water. The brown, curly haired dog above, centre below and in a few of the other shots was such a character, flinging himself about with gay abandon, so happy to be there with his fellow canines! It's a busy section of the beach, always lots of dogs with their doting owners.. will have to head down there at the weekend when the horses will be there also. Happy Thursday, take care and stay safe..
Quite a place for the hounds to get out for a run!
ReplyDeleteAnd a great dog's life! Love to see the dogs frolicking about on the beach.
ReplyDeletePerfect day for them! Arianna
ReplyDeleteMerci pour this healing delight, G!
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh, those pictures brought a smile to my face. Such pure joy in the photos! Dog's know how to have a good time.
ReplyDeleteSimple fun and pleasure. We should all try it more often.
ReplyDeleteDogs are such social creatures and they really know how to live in the moment! I'm smiling just looking at these pics, Grace!
ReplyDeleteFor some canines, a dog's life isn't too bad, as evidenced by the cavorting on this beach. Surprised that dogs are allowed--how nice!
ReplyDelete...it's a rough life.
ReplyDeleteWe have a dog park for those living in the community but are an hour and a half from the ocean and the Gulf of Mexico, so our poor pooches have to settle without the water. Fun shots, Grace, and the water looks so beautiful . I'm sure there are many people drooling at these pictures ... those that live in the lands to the north...
ReplyDeleteIt makes me feel warmer looking at these photos, PDP. The colours are exceptional!
ReplyDeleteLucky pups! Looks so beautiful!
ReplyDeleteLove watching dogs frolic on the beach! Hope all's well in your world. Looking forward to the Australian Open starting soon!
ReplyDeletePretty beach, love the K9 shots! I keep trying to work myself up to going over to the beach here and getting some shots. Need to do something, I'm almost as depressed as I was when Don died. Hope working on my blog will help :)
ReplyDeleteThat pooch really does like the beach. He is quite a character also.
ReplyDeleteFantastic photos Grace! I'd like to visit that spot.
Oh Dogs and Dogs!
ReplyDeleteIn Japan, this year is A Dog's Year ... :)
Oh this looks so fun for everyone, to have sand and water and other fellows to play with! Great photos.
ReplyDeleteOh wow, how super to see so many dogs and that they all get on so well!
ReplyDeleteCan't help thinking all the poop they leave behind, there has to be some people who don't or forget to pick up
ReplyDeleteObviously no poisonous blow fish around there. I lost my dearest little 3 legged dog at the beach in RSA when it picked up a dry fish that a fisherman had just thrown away. I cried for the whole two week holiday!
ReplyDeleteTake care Diane
That is a cute dog indeed, Grace, even I think so - what breed is it?
ReplyDeleteWell the dog-food is named "Frolic" for a reason! :-)
It's lovely to see them having so much fun.
ReplyDeleteWe have dog parks, you have a dog beach. I want to live there!
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh, you can never get too carried away when it's the beach (and a fierce snow storm is blazing out my window) worst thing is driving in it! Not only the beach but my favorite pet ever, dogs, lots of dogs. Fun in the sun, great post.
ReplyDeleteIn the second to last photo is that a bird riding on the back of the dog? Too funny.
ReplyDeleteLooks like everyone is having a grand time. I love seeing the dogs playing and enjoying each other. A fun place to be right about now. :)
ReplyDeleteHappy dogs...life is good.
