I hardly dare mention the weather here in Perth considering the horrendous hurricanes, tornadoes and earthquakes happening around the world. In fact yesterday there was a magnitude 4.7 tremor
in the south west of WA, three and a half hours from Perth, an aftershock from the magnitude 5.7 earthquake last month. In Perth it has been unsettled, a storm wild enough through the week to knock out our power, there is a storm blowing outside my window right now.. but in-between there have been many warm moments like this. The weather becomes more extreme every day. We had temperatures of 25 C today! We only have that in mid summer, not in October! It has never been this hot here in fall time.

ReplyDeleteBeautiful skies - the air often has a crystal clarity after a storm. On this side of England we're enjoying a late extension to summer with temps close to 25 degrees today, meanwhile just a few miles away in the west of England there's been floods and high winds.
ReplyDeleteSeems the sky is always beautiful after the storm. Some of the sunrises were quite nice during storms in Florida when the storms stayed out in the Atlantic.

ReplyDeleteBeautiful pictures Grace. We weren't affect by the hail/rain early this week, in fact I didn't even get a drop of rain and my son a few suburbs away got hail. But today we've had plenty of rain and wind, feel like winter!

For one Tsunami I gave money. And what did they do with that money? Sent me ads over and over and over again via paper-mail :-( Even after I asked them to stop.
Ingo gives money to an organization that helps Mothers with young Babies in Braunschweig. He does not get paper-mails.
What I mean: Yes, feel for people, but don´t feel guilty when you´re safe - enjoy, and, my, I don´t know what to do first in Jan/Feb - enjoy the beach or a Grill´d! :-)
Lovely in between weather but the extreme weather is a bit worrying.
