Yesterday while strolling around Hillarys Boat Harbour, five minutes from home.. a flash of red on a balcony in the Hillarys Harbour Resort Apartments caught my eye.. could it be! Zoom in and yes there he was hanging over the balcony enjoying the fabulous views overlooking the Indian Ocean and the marina..
You can't blame him, with restaurants and cafes right on the doorstep this is the perfect spot to rest up and garner stamina before his big gig in a few weeks. Mon Dieu ! Can it really only be a few weeks until Christmas again.. are you ready? Santa's view from his seaside digs.. they'll do :) Bon weekend, take care and stay safe... P.s. the guy with the selfie stick on the pier made me smile, is that still a thing, I thought that was sooo yesterday!
Yes, hard to believe it's December! Santa has got a busy few weeks ahead :)
ReplyDeleteSanta has to get rested up. Mind you, he only works one day a year, but travelling hundreds of kilometres in a night must be tiring.
ReplyDeleteUm belo e tranquilo lugar.
ReplyDeleteUm abraço e bom fim-de-semana.

I love these beautiful photographs. Wouldn't mind living in one of those apartments; what a view one would have. No wonder Santa stopped there to rest up. Wishing you a super weekend and hope you continue to have nice weather.
ReplyDeleteI've done nothing for Christmas yet. Trying not to think of it! What a nice day you had!
ReplyDelete...he came by boat?
ReplyDeleteSanta knows how to relax and take in the sights. His work day is nothing but a blur so he needs some santa quality time to get himself ready. :)
ReplyDeleteSpotted him on a sleigh in our village today, post him on WW
ReplyDeleteSanta chose a very nice spot for a break. Selfie sticks need to go the way of cigar smoking in public.
ReplyDeleteAdore the Santa pose... taking time to savour the salts of the sea...
ReplyDeleteSo that's where he is. Sure! Makes sense to me. :-)
ReplyDeleteI was in a shopping mall yesterday and Santa's throne was empty. Now I know where he went.
ReplyDeleteBlue sky, blue sea, blue me....!
ReplyDeleteNow you know where Santa is hiding, you caught him! That man must travel a lot over the world, starting down under. :)
ReplyDeleteSanta does the right thing there, Grace :-)
ReplyDeleteHere they marked a spot - in stone even! - from where you can make the best selfie of the Christmas-market. I couldn´t believe it!
I guess he will make it to our door on Christmas on December 24th. before he is heading over to England the next morning :-)
ReplyDeleteNice work, G!
ReplyDeleteThat guy does get around!
ReplyDeleteNice spot for a rest before he travels around the world!
ReplyDeleteEven Santa can't handle the bitter cold of the North Pole year round!
