Here we are again.. where the heck did this year go! I was going to try and keep the blog running through the Christmas period this year but it's not possible. My Sydney famille arrive today.. two grandchildren to celebrate this year, so exciting! I leave you until the new year with a view of Perth that I had never seen myself until a few weeks ago, spotted quite by chance through the jacaranda trees in Applecross.. don't you love when that happens! It's been a while since I've shown a beach scene, this is where we will be spending time over the next few weeks, five minutes from home. I sincerely hope that you have a happy Christmas.. let's hope that whatever the New Year throws our way we'll be ready for it :) See you on the first of January with the City Daily Photo 'Photo of the Year' theme. Happy next two weeks, take care and most of all stay safe...
Have a very merry Christmas Grace! I know you will be enjoying the time with the family all together.

ReplyDeleteMerry Christmas, Grace! I will miss your shots of nice warm weather as we sit here freezing with snow falling around us. We have been loaded down with snow this week!

ReplyDeleteThat first shot is a wonderful Christmas card! And the other two show a beach to die for. Have a great time with your family over the holidays. We shall anticipate your return with bated breath! :)

Beautiful! Merry Christmas.
ReplyDeleteIt would be nice to associate jacaranda trees with Christmas. Best wishes to you and P.
ReplyDeleteI'll take that back. Your jacaranda flowering finishes before Christmas. Ours are in peak bloom now, but will be finished by Christmas Day. Flowering jacarandas for Christmas are perhaps a Tasmanian thing.
DeleteHave a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to you and your family Grace.
ReplyDeleteHope you can enjoy the beach. It looks quite a bit like Florida. I'm hoping to hit the beach for a bit. Weather is great lately.
