I spotted the gentleman above playing his guitar from a distance, it wasn't until we got much closer that I realised he was singing also. What a perfectly peaceful place to strum and hum. I think he sensed our presence so we walked quietly past so as not to intrude. If I was going sing this is where it would be.. for quite different reasons :) Hope you are enjoying your weekend, happy Sunday, take care and stay safe..
One wonders what the waterfowl made of the music.
ReplyDeleteI am jealous of all that green as winter sets in for me!
ReplyDeleteVery beautiful place. With a bit of music it seems it would be quite peaceful too.
ReplyDelete...playing a solo.
ReplyDeleteThat setting would make a soul sing!
ReplyDeleteSuch a beautiful spot!
ReplyDeleteI'm fine - just had one of those days. Thanks Grace!! ;-)
A beautiful place to sit and sing.
ReplyDeleteWonder if he is singing the blues, or if he is just trying to charm the wildlife out the the wetland.
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely thing to come across. I remember many years ago coming across a young woman in a bus shelter singing some kind of Celtic song, I think. It was beautiful.
ReplyDeleteYou should have joined in.
ReplyDeleteMore beautiful shots of a gorgeous place. And a troubadour, too. Very nice.
ReplyDeleteAustralia has so many beautiful locations!
ReplyDeleteIsn’t the return of warmer weather wonderful. Enough to make one sing.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great place to express yourself musically. Your top photo reminded me so much of a scene I witnessed about 5 years ago on one of my trips to London. I walked up to Parliament Hill in the Hampstead Heath and saw a guy sitting on a bench all by himself playing his guitar.
ReplyDeleteA sweet picture, he looks so far of the world just making music for himself.
ReplyDeleteEin schöner Ort um auszuruhen oder um zu singen.

It's a good scene like this. I love it.
ReplyDelete( ... I think spring is the season of love, but..., lonely...)
( Maybe, he sang the jazz tune, 'SPRING IS HERE' composed by Lorenz Hart and Richard Rodgers... )
"country" musician.... nice picture! ew :)
