Rottnest Channel Swim encore et fini...

It's with a bit of luck that I've been able to put this post up tonight, better late than never oui :) We had a crazy electrical storm here in Perth on Wednesday night and my computer has been playing up ever since, tres annoying! A few last shots from the Rottnest Channel Swim last weekend. All the pretty girls love a roving camera man!

Hiding in the shadows below just out of reach of the approaching sunshine, the Indiana..

Speedos, budgie smugglers or whatever you like to call them.. Aimee calls them 'revolting' :) not all that much room for written advertising but perfect for personal advertising :) The group below heading in to line up, the horn blows and they're off..

Below the media were out in force to chat to the crew from Bondi Rescue, have a look as they discuss their preparation for the event here. I'm never taking 600 photos of an event again, it's just too hard :) Happy Friday, take care and stay safe... P.s. big catch up today!

  1. Some of these crowd shots, you'd half expect to play a bit of a game of Where's Waldo!

  5. They are certainly a brave and hardy bunch of men and women heading out into the water. I like that "Climate Action Now" T-shirt too.

  9. Speedos aren't the problem. The problem is some of the people and their age who wear them and they shouldn't.

  15. I think that pretty girls love the cameraman, too! The crowd shots really make me "see" the event. Is the heat wave still around? Happy week-end to you, too.

Great series of the event. Ingo said the weather will warm up to 15C, I can´t believe it yet.
