Capturing reflection images using the Lensball hasn't been as easy as I thought it would be, any tips? I'm pretty sure once I get the hang of it it is going to be excellent fun but so far... in the shot below taken a few weeks ago at the Spring festival in Kings Park I found a nice little nook in a tree stump in amongst the wildflowers to sit the ball thinking I could take my time to compose the shot, within seconds I had almost started a fire! It was a warm day but blimey it started smoking almost at one, had to make sure I doused it with my water bottle!
Here at the Araluen Botanic Park Tulip Festival my sister held the ball while I snapped, really fast because it almost burnt her hand. So I'm guessing the best way to use it in warm weather, and it's only going to get hotter here, is by using a tripod.. I can see so much potential, has anyone got any better ideas for me.. please :) Happy Thursday, take care and stay safe..
