Floral regalia..

On the first day of spring we had breakfast in Kings Park because it was also the first day of the Kings Park Festival celebrating everything wildflower and floral.. and Fathers Day.  Not holding out much hope of getting any photos of the flowers due to the incessant rain bucketing down outside, we were all set to make a dash for the car when the sky cleared, the sun came out and for forty-five minutes we tiptoed through the wildflowers :)

Just one of the exhibitions Floral Regalia. The canopy made up of woven wildflowers 'made and sent in from crafty people all across the state' looked amazing billowing in the breeze, loved the shadows on the grass when the sun came out.. isn't it gorgeous. Then we had to make that unsuccessful dash to the car, exhilarating it was 💦 Happy Wednesday, take care and stay safe..

But it gives a cheerful image in the park.
