'Don't rain on my parade'...



Brollies, brollies everywhere! Yesterday was one of those rare days when it gently rained from morn till eve.. my perfect kind of day :) We were in the inner city suburb of Leederville for lunch, more about that tomorrow. While taking these shots of people under their umbrellas, I was under my own umbrella and loving every minute, I only wish I had thought to put wellie boots on so I could've jumped in a few puddles..my 'inner child' is very much alive and well :) Happy Friday, take care and stay safe...

    It's raining in Ocala this afternoon! Yea! Everything turns green and the air turns cooler, and it's nice to be outside. One thing I'm wondering about, though, is an "inner city suburb." How does that work? How can a suburb be in an inner city when by definition a sub-urban area is outside the urban area? I'm just curious. Love your photos as they give a great sense of what a rainy day is like in Perth.

    I've heard of rain, but thought it was only a myth...
