The November theme for CDP'ers is 'great big mess'. Keeping close to home again this is the great big mess in part of my garden at the moment. A week before my eye op I had a landscaping project happening in my back garden, it's only in the last few weeks that I have been able to get in there and begin the planting. So much ivy and other creepers to come out before the roses could go in. When it has filled out a bit more I'll show you if you would like to see it. My energy levels are still a great big mess also :) Hope you are fit and well, looking forward to seeing what is messy in your world, take care and stay safe..
...every garden needs a messy spot!
ReplyDeleteRenovations always look messy before they look great. I'm sure the garden will look wonderful soon. I very much enjoyed our meet-up on Friday Grace. Keep well xx
ReplyDeleteBaby-steps, Grace.
ReplyDeleteLooking forward to what came out of this 😘
I'm just getting ready to head out this afternoon and pull all my plants out to put the garden away for winter. It looks pretty messy right now too! You will have to show us yours when it is replanted, Grace!
ReplyDeleteNice mess, Grace. :)
ReplyDeleteThat is a clutter!
ReplyDeleteYes, this is a mess. Hope your eye surgery was a success, and you recover quickly. Look forward to seeing how this corner of your garden cleans up.
ReplyDeleteYou need a strapping lad to help you with the hard work.
ReplyDeleteEveryone in the entire world is under unprecedented stress and is recovering from this world mess in our own way. You be gentle with yourself dear friend. Even though we miss you. Take wonderful care of yourself ♥️
ReplyDeleteI need to get back work shed/barn.
ReplyDeleteCoffee is on and stay safe

Dearest Grace,
ReplyDeleteWhen things grow, over the years they are literally getting out of hand.
It is quite a task and a challenge for removing that part.
Good luck with your roses!
Hugs,
Mariette
You can't have gardens without a bit of a mess now and again.
ReplyDeleteMy garden is just a green lawn behind the house. So I can't copy your idea and snap a messy photo of it, I will be waiting for the rose photos.
ReplyDeleteI can understand you had no spirit to work in the garden, leave to your husband....
ReplyDeleteAnd do you do it on a compost pile?
ReplyDeleteÉ mesmo uma grande bagunça.
ReplyDeleteUm abraço e bom Feriado.

ReplyDelete"bless this mess!";) Ew
ReplyDeleteHope that you are now feeling better and that sight is back in full. We have that sort of mess very often. 😉 Keep safe and hope the cough is not back! Diane
ReplyDeleteI'm finding that menopause messes with my energy levels, some days I"m just exhausted, I hope you manage to sort it.
ReplyDeleteGarden messes are quite common and perfect for the theme. Every gardener has one.
ReplyDeleteThat looks a good garden mess!
ReplyDeleteTake care and look after yourself.
All the best Jan
I don't see a mess (well not too bad great choice of photo for this theme) it does appear to be a work in progress and reminds me of a few spots around our place like it! Enjoy your week I hope all is well.
