Birds in my garden VII.....


As all the birds here are Little Corellas and entirely white apart from the blue and pink around the eye area, it was a good opportunity to play around a little (well a lot actually) with B&W and shadows, not sacrificing an abundance of colour in the process.  It was a weird day yesterday, I spent the whole day thinking it was Sunday, so you can imagine my delight when I realized there's still a whole day of the weekend left, joy! I hope your day is a lot more colourful than these images.....!!

  17. Interesting how the BW images cause you to notice the light and shadows! The second to last photo really caught my eye. Look at the shadow!
