Och aye the noo.....!!

Like any big city Perth has it's fair share of  fabulous buskers and this super cool guy is one of my favorites, here he is doing his thing in Forest Chase. He rocks those bagpipes with traditional Scottish music played in a very different way, I remember we saw him once when my Mum was along too, being a true Scot she wasn't terribly impressed with his rendition of  'The Bonnie Banks O' Loch Lomond' and especially not 'Amazing Grace' haha! I've never spoken to him so I don't know if he actually is a Scot, next time. Hope you have  rockin' day.....!!

  7. He certainly looks animated!

We could do with some creative busking down here, croaky old dudes with unruly facial hair & three chords just aren't doing it for me...

  8. You should have told him your name and got your own personal serenade.

  9. Looks like he´s having fun, that´s the most important thing!

  10. That's an aggressive stance. It reminds me of an American baseball player's body motions when swinging a bat.

By the way, I tried to imagine Paul Hogan saying Shock & Oar and I still don't get it.

  11. Looks like one tough dude. Who would dare criticize him to his face?

  12. I love this! Takes guts to make those moves in a kilt! What a find! Be sure to find out more about him next time, Grace! We're counting on you!

  19. Eh bien dis donc! Il ne passe pas inaperçu, celui-là. Je pense qu'il obtient un grand succès et qu'il te tarde de pouvoir lui parler.
    Une attraction vivante!

  24. Makes a great and refreshing change from the usual pan-pipes and tin whistle...and he would certainly be a crowd-stopper with that look.

  25. l'angle de ta photo est trop bien

en plus le joueur est particulièrement photogénique

  26. Haha! Just as well those tiles or cobblestones or whatever he's standing on aren't two-way mirrors, huh?!

  27. Wow, that's some bagpiper. Would like to hear him play. And a leather kilt...oh, by the way, speaking of kilt, there IS a way to see if he is a true Scottish bagpiper... ;<) :<o
