Mirage à trois..

Oh la! What a week, beaucoup de pluie! After getting drenched at the flower market yesterday, the 🌷's were worth it though, we called in for a look-see at Hillarys Boat Harbour. Deciding one soaking a day was enough I took these shots from the car before heading home. Could hardly see the lighthouse above or the boats in the harbour below.. as for the trip home, I'm happy I wasn't driving :) So many dreary pics of Perth but I'm sure it won't be long before the skies are blue again. Happy Sunday, take care and stay safe..

  2. We could do with some of that rain. Yesterday I watched on weather radar as a belt of rain slowly progress across the country towards here - and ground to a halt about ten miles down the road, we never saw a drop.

  5. Sometimes a rainy day can be great for photos, and sometimes not so much. You are doing fine, but stay dry for the rest of the weekend.

  8. These photos are great. I love that look of rain and those misty, foggy scenes.
I made it home from California late Saturday. I loved my week in the cool temps but it's always nice to be home.

  12. We've certainly had a few grey days lately. I also went out last night to the movies with friends but was actually a bit scared to drive with all that rain.

  13. It's so funny to see so much rain and dark skies over there, when we're 'enjoying' Australian summer high temperatures here, for once.

  14. Oh I know that feeling about driving through this, and even my most dreadful driving is when we have some of our winter madness! Staying safe, that is so the point of survival.
