There was something slightly familiar looking about that flowing red hair floating atop the water in a bubble bath spotted on the wall in Parry Lane Northbridge. Painted by Perth mural/installation artist Daek William who's incroyable work you have seen here many times and just one part of a long wall collaboration with fellow Perth artists. Titled 'Bath Bomb' by the artist..'a lady having a fruity dream'.. sounds good to me :) Love the colour combinations used on this one. Happy Tuesday, take care and stay safe...

ReplyDeleteUnique mural.
ReplyDeleteLove the hair and the hands!
ReplyDeleteI see why that wonderful hair looks familiar to you. What a great mural. It kind of has a relaxing feel to it.
ReplyDeleteA fruity dream.. that must be wonderful :)
ReplyDeleteStriking! Like YOUr Red Head :)
ReplyDeleteGreat colour!
ReplyDeleteA fine redhead it is.
ReplyDeleteAimee could have been the model for this one, Grace!
ReplyDeleteThere's something Hindu about this.
ReplyDeleteThat's definitely a redhead!
ReplyDeleteWhat a great mural, dreamy and colourful.
ReplyDeleteMy first thought was of your Aimee! If it weren't for the bubbles and hair colour, I would have thought it was a rendition of Shakespeare's Ophelia, especially with the plants/flowers.
ReplyDelete...'bath bomb', not what came to mind for me!
ReplyDeleteI thought of Aimee when I saw this!
ReplyDeleteWhat a stunning mural. It is so sensitive. Wonderful find and photo on your part.
ReplyDeleteNicely done! Familiar, yes. What does your daughter think?
ReplyDelete...Fruity dream? (BTW: I didn't care for the herbal ales I tried. They're very sour with none of the maltyness I expect. We took home a fennel ale that doesn't hint of fennel. Sour again. We've yet to sample a coffee one.)
Are you sure Aimee isn't modeling on the side?
ReplyDeleteAwesome art work. Great captured.
ReplyDeleteWhat a fabulous mural!
ReplyDeleteNice mural, she must haven taken a sunbath to long I suppose :) Can imagine you saw something familiar in the hair....:)
ReplyDeleteUma obra de arte.

This is lovely. And she is wearing a wedding ring.
ReplyDeleteI can't imagine why the hair would look familiar Grace! I'll bet Aimee loves it too.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful mural, Grace - just the slight "concern" she might drown there...
ReplyDeleteI don't know how you do it, but this is another wonderful piece of art. Thanks for sharing as always.
ReplyDeleteInteresting mural Grace. I'm on a mural hunt around Lisbon, and I've already got quite a collection!
ReplyDeleteBet Aimee likes this!
ReplyDeleteLovely to see such a colourful mural
