Flowers, flowers and more flowers!

Just a few of the many wildflowers seen at the Kings Park Festival during the month of September. Fields of Everlastings as far as the eye can see.. if you look you will see the Wildflower Egg from yesterdays post unsuccessfully hiding behind the tree :) So many flowers, some pretty and some pretty weird! You can see some of the many different types of Banksia in the last shot. I wish you could smell the perfume from the mass planting  of Baronia plants, heavenly! Hard to believe that when I took these shots on Monday the temperature got to 27C and here we are today, back to stormy weather! Happy Friday, take care and stay safe...

  1. So beautiful, Grace! It feels odd to see your spring flowers when we have fall Chrysanthemums everywhere but they are not happy since we are having hot weather - up into the 30s this weekend!

  5. That's what's good, you bring us spring when in our latitudes autumn arrives. the mink of these flowers of these colors of all this rebirth of nature brings back a little joy. I wish I could change hemispheres when autumn arrives: -) Have a nice day.

  6. What a wonderful conglomeration! I really like wildflowers but we don't have anything like what you have. Florida has some pink ones and Texas has blue ones and I'm sure other states have other colors but this place is filled with color and perfume.
