As you can see the two delightful little ferals, left in my care by their mother over a year ago are alive and well! Both males they live mostly outside with the occasional visit inside, everyday both noses pressed against the window waiting for petit-déjeuner et le dîner. Rémy above, after finishing breakfast yesterday found himself a spot in the bird's feeding trays and waited hopefully for 'afters'.. no chance :)
Meanwhile Gaston below was mesmerised by the hose-pipe swaying as it topped up the pool. I love all animals but there's something special about cats, they can be aloof, loving, mischievous and hilarious all in the space of five minutes.. must try and catch a shot of them playing together, too cute! Happy Wednesday, take care and stay safe..
What a darling pair!
ReplyDeleteAh, I do love your kitties, Grace!!! Hope your week is off to a great start! Computer wise things are still somewhat weird, but I'm trying to just stay in touch and see what happens. I haven't tried to create a new post for the day, but maybe this afternoon I'll try and see what happens???? But I did want to let you know how much I have enjoyed and appreciated you and your blog over the past few years!! Thank you for being you!! Take care and enjoy!!
ReplyDeletethey are wonderful..!i have had three cats.. Diddi,Cat and Gandalf. EW
ReplyDeleteI will show the photos to the cat that has moved in with me. She dislikes birds and is a very picky eater of cat food.
ReplyDeleteLovely cat !
ReplyDeleteTomás.
Lovely cat !
ReplyDeleteTomás.
They are pretty special creatures, that is certain. They tend to make one feel privileged if you are lucky enough to have one as a friend.
ReplyDeleteThey certainly make their way into your heart!
ReplyDeleteCats are wonderful, their eyes speak volumes!
ReplyDeleteHose watching is much nicer than chasing a laser dot.
ReplyDeleteBonjour les chats ! Vous êtes magnifiques !
ReplyDeleteOh how they look at you! And all of us as well, of course ;)
ReplyDeleteoh Grace the cats are beautiful. Remy's coat is divine.
ReplyDeleteA couple of cuties you have there Grace! Cats are so cool.
ReplyDeleteAw...I'm a sucker for cats. And Gaston looks very much like our two...but ours don't like being outside much. They want to sit in comfort on a big sofa and get treats and be petted by their people.
ReplyDeleteGotta keep your eyes on those hoses. Tricky things. :-)
ReplyDeleteI love their names :)
ReplyDeleteCan I say Love at first sight!
ReplyDeleteRemy has a bit of a princely air. Surely you remember the Monty Python confuse-a-cat bit. Both of them might benefit from it.
ReplyDeleteCats know when they're on to a good thing -purrfect!
ReplyDeleteThey look they have a fantastic life Grace.
ReplyDeleteThey can be cute, cuddly and funny but they pooh in my garden and mate or fight outside my bedroom window in the middle of the night and we don't even own a cat. I'm sure yours are well behaved.
ReplyDeleteLove their names! I also love dogs, but I am most definitely a cat person. I like the same things you do about cats. My granny told us that cats can talk to us if they want to, but they just don't want to...
ReplyDeleteSmashing pictures Grace particularly the top one and yes of course great names....
ReplyDeleteRemy looks like he rules the roost Grace - settled in nicely & very much at home.
ReplyDeleteOh Grace how sweet you took them to care for. I always wondered how they were doing. They look so cute both. The name Remy is from the novel "Sans famille" by Hector Malot, isn't it? Very appropriate name!
ReplyDeletehow sweet are they?! you got some great shots of them!
ReplyDeleteHa... cats ! :)))
ReplyDeleteOh sweet! Quite beautiful too, but then I think all cats are pretty.
ReplyDeleteLove the one sitting in the bird tray.
Remy is the king and gaston the player
ReplyDeleteCute kitties! I'd love to see more of them...though I'm sure the neighborhood birds wouldn't!
ReplyDeleteAwwww, so cute, Grace!
ReplyDeleteOne day I´ll have a garden...
Beautiful cat with shiny fur. They are lucky to have you.
ReplyDeleteOh these touched my heart
ReplyDelete... and they seemed to have posed well for the photo's too!
ReplyDeleteAll the best Jan
