The City Daily Photo theme this month is 'revolution' and although Perthites will rise up and make their voices heard when the government makes unfair cuts in essential areas, le guillotine is yet to make an appearance! I tossed around a few ideas.. my washing flying around on the iconic rotary Hills Hoist, an artistic shot of the sprinkler throwing water around a parched garden.Then.. an epiphany! I love an epiphany :) What do you and I spend time watching and waiting for? A complete clockwise revolution or a hundred of the often annoyingly slow refresh sign! Can't wait to see what everyone's come up with, happy Friday, take care and stay safe.. p.s. I really must clean my laptop screen :)
Ha, good one!

Creative post Grace ! (and I must apologize for being absent these days)
ReplyDeleteI found a stencil today, made by an unknown artist that I think might work.
ReplyDeleteSmart thinking, Grace!
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh, this is perfect. We certainly do spend a lot of time watching that little icon circle around.
ReplyDeleteYou are the clever one, Grace!! Perfect it is indeed!!
ReplyDeleteAh, the wheel that turns exceeding slow. I know it well.
ReplyDeleteQuite a twist on the theme!
ReplyDeleteI had to check out Hills Hoist (my grandma had one just like it) but not by that name! Turn, turn, turn, it reminds me of a song.... Enjoy your day.
ReplyDeleteVery clever Grace, I love it. But I was ready to see your knickers flying around.
ReplyDeleteGood take on the theme Grace!
ReplyDeleteFunny .. Glad the guillotine has not an apperance
ReplyDeleteThat's great Grace!
ReplyDeleteNo waiting for anything to refresh if you were using that Underwood from yesterday's post.
You are funny, Grace. That was unexpected.
ReplyDeleteThat's a creative approach. Makes me think that an app is loading slowly on my computer.
ReplyDeleteI appreciate your creativity, and even more this kind of bloodless revolution!
ReplyDeleteVery smart choice!
ReplyDeletePlenty of wheels turning on my laptop to Grace.
ReplyDeleteInteresting interpretation.
ReplyDeleteI agree with Jim, interesting interpretation!
ReplyDeletebut it turn !!
ReplyDeleteDon't shoot the computer! Let me do it for you! lol
ReplyDeleteClever idea, Grace :-) And yes, you should clean :-)
ReplyDeleteAnd I learned something today - did not know about the Hills Hoist. The only thing standing after Tracy, I´m impressed.
Creative and unespected choice for this theme, Grace !
ReplyDeleteAt least it turned!!
ReplyDeleteHasn't this been fun? At first I was stumped, but the choices are endless when broadening one's interpretation of REVOLUTION!
ReplyDeleteGood one Grace!
ReplyDeleteSo clever and cool!
ReplyDelete(I must clean my laptop screen too! :-) )
You do come up with the greatest ideas! Enjoyed reading this (twice).
ReplyDeleteoh no, not the guillotine! ha, very clever take!
ReplyDeleteLol -- good one. And, you're right…we all spend way too much time waiting on our respective computers.
ReplyDeleteTrust you to be bloody unique, Grace. Talk about an epiphany! I would never have thought of this in a million years, no matter how many times I drummed my fingers on this here keyboard. Well done!
ReplyDeleteClever photo choice Grace 😊
ReplyDeleteSo clever!
ReplyDeleteThose slowly changing signs can be quite irritating...especially if a vital word seems slow to load completely and it's lost in those coloured squares.
ReplyDeleteInteresting interpretation, slow bandwidth?
ReplyDeleteHa! fantastic entry Grace .... I seem to spend half of my life watching that little wheel go round and round.
ReplyDeleteI hate that Refresh icon! It used to be an hourglass, now it's a circle going around...and around...and around....
