On Saturday evening after the chimney hunt, as we were only ten minutes away from
Fremantle boat harbour, even though I'm going through a 'my body is a temple' phase, the lure of fresh fish and chips was too hard to resist! There are many excellent cafes and restaurants around the harbour, we chose
Kailis which has been around since 1928. I wish I'd taken a photo of my meal, but I was starving and by the time I thought of it there wasn't much left! I love this fleet of blue fishing boats and have taken many pictures of them in the daylight, this is the first time after dark and not having a tripod I had to rest my camera on one of the pier posts to keep it steady during the longer exposure, I was a little worried leaning over so close to the edge of the pier and did wonder fleetingly if anyone would jump in and rescue moi if I happened to fall in ..surely haha! Happy belated 4th of July to all in the US of A, have a wonderful celebration.....
Gorgeous light Grace.
