Standing on the lookout point at Henderson Cliffs on Saturday evening looking out over the Indian Ocean Bill pointed out a vapor trail left by a passing plane. Yeh! so what you say, me too..but the amazing thing was, that as the sun sank lower and then under the horizon, the two merged and created this most spectacular scene, it was like a twister ablaze! (I haven't done anything to alter the shape, that's exactly as it was) I've shown it the opposite way around from the end result back to where it was just a vapor trail in the sky. I have since heard people ringing into the radio station to ask if anyone knew what had caused this amazing sight, I thought about ringing in, and then thought nah! let it remain a mysterious phenomenon! Happy Tuesday, take care.....
Wow, that is already one spectacular sunset and the added drama from the vapor trail makes it unbelievable! It really looks like a twister of fire, thanks for sharing such an amazing sight!
