Love, love love the mural here spotted last week while driving through Mount Lawley, sublime whimsy in all my favourite shades of blue. On the wall of a private house on the edge of the park, there for everyone to see and enjoy. Featuring all the birds that visit my back garden plus can you see the cockatoo in the corner to the right. Unfortunately couldn't find the artist's signature although this lovely old home surrounded by trees might even be the home of the artist him/herself 💙 Happy Tuesday, take care and stay safe..
...it sure is whimsical, too bad the fence is in the way!!!
ReplyDeleteI like it, what a great find Grace.
ReplyDeleteHi Grace, I always wanted a mural on my house...this one is impressive. Don and I, years ago, talked about me painting a mural on our RV, I never did, why you might ask, answer because it would have really hurt the resale value. Sometimes I can be ultra conservative...maybe it was my Vermont ancestors, or my Maryland ancestors or my Virginia ancestors...take your pick :D :D :d

A very beautiful mural that also blends perfectly in its surroundings with color. I like it.

ReplyDeleteNice mural, sad looking fence.
ReplyDeleteIf I had a nice older house like that I would definitely want a mural on the wall. Love this image.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful mural Grace, really fits well with the house and surrounding area.

ReplyDeleteI just love the wit and Humanity of it!
ReplyDeleteThat is excellent, beautiful colours. Quite possibly the owner. I did a large mural on one of our walls that overlooked our pool in Johannesburg. If I can find a photo of it I will show you. Keep well Diane
ReplyDeleteI love when people make their homes they way they want. This is very, very cool. The blue is very pretty. I'm catching up on your blog today. Love the stuff you are sharing. Super uplifting and fun.
ReplyDeleteThat is lovely. I haven't noticed homes with murals around here. A great concept provided the artwork is as good at this.
