Kneading a Shrink!
'Extreme boredom can do strange things to the mind' so says Perth based Australian artist Shrink.. a valid point oui, although his work always makes me smile. This wasn't the post I had planned for today but looking through my FORMPublic shots for murals I recognized that googly eyed vision as the face that stared back at me from the mirror this morning.. minus the No.1 hair cut and hairy face thankfully :) A very late night can do that but I'm not as yet 'kneading a shrink', just an early night.. big catch up tomorrow. I hope you had/are having an excellent weekend, take care... p.s. did I mention that this piece is on the wall of the Secret Garden Cafe in Wolfe Lane, sounds like a fairy tale n'est pas :)

So good! Great artwork.
ReplyDeleteWow! Must have been some night. :-)
ReplyDeleteI hate those mornings, Grace! ;-)
ReplyDeleteGlad you are having a full weekend, dear G ♥
ReplyDeleteOuch!!! Looks like a dreary morning!!!
ReplyDeleteI am highly amused by this mural on a wall decorating "A Secret Garden Cafe," whose name I would anticipate sporting sweet flowers and tiny animals rather than these scruffy looking characters.
ReplyDeleteI'd love to see you in the morning without hair and a bit of growth on yer chinny chin chin Grace.
ReplyDeleteNeat art work. I do feel like one of those fellows at times.
Have a great what-is-left of your week end!
It looks delightfully demented!
ReplyDeleteProposed subtitle: in one ear and out the other.
ReplyDeleteLol, that was going to be my original title Bob :)
DeleteI like Bob's subtitle!
ReplyDeleteOne wonders just what sort of flowers these characters have been enjoying? Perhaps this is a pharmacy garden?
ReplyDeleteNow that's fun!
ReplyDeleteI hate to think that a face anything like this looked back at you this morning. Not our Grace!
ReplyDeleteKicking up your heels, hay? Good on yer, darl! The coffee better be good!
ReplyDeleteBurning the candle at both ends again, huh ?!
ReplyDeleteThere are some very creative minds out there, Grace.
ReplyDeleteCould´ve been the face I saw this morning in the mirror, Grace ;-)
ReplyDeleteThey look rather miserable, a bit depressing view on the monday morning.
ReplyDeleteHaven't been there, but so do LOVE "The Secret Garden" musical.
ReplyDeleteOh gosh, that's how I feel just now! :-)
ReplyDeleteInteresting although a little bit unsettling.
ReplyDeleteBoredom is never much fun.
ReplyDeleteThey all look like they could use an extra large cup of coffee. Thanks, Grace, for contributing to this week's Monday Mural.
ReplyDeletego Shrink!
