I'm late, I'm late for a very important date,
No time to say"hello goodbye"
I'm late, I'm late, I'm late, I'm late..... Lewis Carroll
Young lady on a bright sunny morning seen rushing 'somewhere' in Kings Park ..why le petit banc
and large suitcase? Now if I was Jack from Hartford I would have just caught up and asked her..or if I was Joe in Melbourne I would make up a whimsical tale, but alas c'est juste moi..any ideas? So here we are, Friday once more, hope you have a good one, take care and stay safe.....
A mysterious-o post. Why the chair?
ReplyDeleteAloha!
That's a lot of luggage:) I wonder where she's going? Looks sunny and warm. As much as I don't miss summer;I do. Does that make any sense?
ReplyDeleteMaybe a Flea Market involved?
ReplyDeleteAwww, so nice to see the sun! Freezing our butts off over here.
I just bet Jack and Joe would be proud of you and your capture for the day, Grace!! I love it and it does pose questions, doesn't it! Fun shot for the day! Hope you're ready for a great weekend!! Stay safe and enjoy!
ReplyDeleteMaybe she's an artist headed off to the museum so she can do some still lifes or copies or something? Nice catch!
ReplyDeleteEvicted. pay the rent next time lass!
ReplyDeleteShe's coming back from a garage sale, with nice finds! I like the small bench! :o)
ReplyDeleteChances are that I might have taken a dozen or so portraits as well.
ReplyDeleteI am guessing Flea Market. She does not look the type to carry a heavy leather old-style suitcase around. Great capture, Grace! "must be an Aussie girl!"
ReplyDeleteBises,
Genie
And, now you will never know, Grace! C'mon. Get your courage up.
ReplyDeleteA rather peculiar.
ReplyDeleteVery good picture, as always.
A hug.
She has an accordion in the case and she is going to set up on a corner and play a little music.
ReplyDeleteGreat capture, Grace. She must have been coming from a flea market or antique store.
ReplyDeleteSnow was puzzled! With her head bowed she marched across the lawn heading for the trees. They had to be here somewhere. With their belongings in hand, her ears tuned for every sound, her eyes looking for footprints Snow was in a quandary. A sneeze from the distant woods stopped her in her tracks. The dwarfs would not be parted from her much longer.
ReplyDelete(PS you'll laugh when you read my post today. I scheduled yesterday ..... Promise)
Yard sale? Here I come!
ReplyDeleteHaha, oooh, a good mystery! She's a modern day Alice in a modern day Wonderland:) I half expect a white rabbit and giant caterpillar appear - love the captures!
ReplyDeleteThere's a Marionette inside, who will sit upon the bench and talk about life.
ReplyDeleteI think she just bought them !
ReplyDeleteMust have been some sale.
ReplyDeleteMaybe she's a ventriloquist with her dummy in the case and that's his chair.
ReplyDeleteFlea market!
ReplyDeleteHa! Leaving home in a hurry ... just grabbed a couple of special treasures. I love that little chair .... so cute!
ReplyDeleteI think she is a very prepared young lady! :)
ReplyDeleteCool images, you have clever eyes!
Hugs and a nice weekend,
Léia
It does make you wonder. I'm going to go with the yard sale/flea market crowd.
ReplyDeleteI could use her bench for one of the strangest posts of my aBoB!
ReplyDeleteI think the clue may be the very large bag draped round her shoulder! it looks to me like a professional photographer's bag! Could she be taking photos of children (mini seat) in the park for parents to purchase?
ReplyDeleteAnd the mystery remains... :-)
ReplyDeleteJack has good advice. It's amazing; hardly anyone ever declines having their photo taken by the likes of us.
ReplyDeleteIt does seem curious...
ReplyDeleteI'd figure garage sale or flea market.
I never had tasted rabbit stew.
