Don't let those grey stormy skies fool you! The temperature was still 27C, perfect autumn high, the humidity however was almost 100% and will be for the next few days, that's not so fantastic. We have had lots of lovely rain though, at times accompanied by thunder and even a wee bit of hail. Gardens and the bush are greening up, my lawn which up until a few days ago was struggling is now green and lush, hallelujah :) There was a special reason for my trip along the coast, from the time of the year can you guess what that might have been? Show you tomorrow.. Happy Thursday, take care and stay safe..
...it looks beautiful.
ReplyDeleteIts absolut different from those beautiful deep blue sky from your Australian summers .
ReplyDeleteLovely rain clouds! I bet you are enjoying those showers. I think I know why you were along the beach! I can't wait to see!
ReplyDeleteVery moody skies.
ReplyDeleteWe have had too many grey skies like that but today it is sunny and supposed to go up to +7˚C! Will we be seeing sculptures?
ReplyDeleteA great sky. 27C sounds nice enough.
ReplyDelete27 degrees C? I can still dream about it ...
ReplyDeleteWhat a grand looking sky! Only 7C here today.
ReplyDeleteI am thinking I could guess this annual event...If I am right....I am excited.
ReplyDeleteoh I hear you on the humidity, it's been particularly hard to deal with at night.
ReplyDeleteI Wish That I Was Standing In Those Foot Prints Of Yours
ReplyDeleteCheers
Gosh, that is high humidity!
ReplyDeleteVery nice photographs.
All the best Jan
You see and share the beauty, G
ReplyDeleteDearest Grace,
ReplyDeleteYou did not go surfing yourself did you?
We had gray skies too in the morning and yesterday all day...
Our sunshine and one day with 29℃ lasted too short and next it was only 8℃. Another cold spell with -1℃ at night and then we're moving into real spring we hope.
Humidity is still pleasant here.
Hugs,
Mariette
Amazing clouds.
ReplyDeleteThanks for all pics,
The humidity has been terrible, quite unusual!
ReplyDeleteSculpture by the Sea starts tomorrow, so I presume you are already looking at the artists setting up their art :)
Sami was quicker :-)
ReplyDeleteOh, I hope for tons of pics, Grace! Glad you can have such events, here they debate to shut down Easter-vists...
Enjoy the rain, here it´s grey and cold, but taht´s all...
I think I dislike high humidity more than any other kind of weather. Probably a bit more bearable if you have a beach like that in your vicinity. Sculpture?
ReplyDeleteHumidity is no friend of mine either. Hate those humid days but we don’t have many usually.
ReplyDeleteWish it was 27C here!!! Hope all is well, Diane
ReplyDeleteI'll take your weather! It looks like another fabulous day out there. Enjoy.
