We did make it back to Sculpture by the Sea on Monday evening, just in time before the last day of the event for this year. Not many photos I'm afraid, I seem to have injured myself again, something to do with the hamstring muscle in my left leg, ex-rays will reveal all today, but as a result walking on the beach was impossible so these shots taken from the walkways. So many ways I could have injured it, from uprooting mature trees to climbing up and down ladders to paint ceilings.. are you the same, if you want something done you just DO IT :) Happy Wednesday, take care and stay safe..
Great sunset photos at the Sculptures. Good luck with the x-rays Grace.

ReplyDelete...the reflective sculptures are wonderful.

ReplyDeleteCheers
Ouch! Beautiful shots, Grace.
ReplyDeleteLight from the low angle of the sun always adds an artistic touch to photos. Hope you heal Grace. Gotta stop all that strenuous digital imaging.
ReplyDeleteHope it’s not a serious injury, Grace.
ReplyDeleteDespite the injury you got some great shots, Grace!
ReplyDeleteGreat shots, Grace. They are beautiful.
ReplyDeleteHope the injury is not serious!
Great shots indeed with that sunset in the background. Wish you the best for the coming days.
ReplyDeleteBummer about the injury. Nice evening photos.
ReplyDeleteLove those photos especially the first one. Yes, If I want something done right, I do it myself, however I'm not so keen on climbing up ladders these days. I hope you're all better very soon.
ReplyDeleteI'm grateful for these luxury and photos to enjoy. Glad you're taking sensible care of yourself mon ami!
ReplyDeleteI'd say your photos turned out very nicely in spite of the injury. The sixth one is my favorite. I love the look of that tree-like sculpture against the setting sun. I hope your injury turns out to be minor and you are back climbing ladders again.
ReplyDeleteThe boab looks especially good with the dying sun. I very much believe in, if you want something done, just do it. Tomorrow, or the next day. No great rush really. No, perhaps I believe more in, if you want something done, ask a busy person.
ReplyDeleteSo sorry to hear of your pulled muscle. How annoying. You were successful in shooting some beautiful photos even if you were not comfortable walking on the beach.
ReplyDeleteI like shinny reflection.
ReplyDeleteCoffee is on and stay safe
I really like them, especially the top one.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful photo's Grace!
ReplyDeleteOh, Grace, that´s awful with your injury... again!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful pics anyways, hmmm. Wonderful!
Get well soon, hope they find out what it is and whoopsie, it´s taken care of and gone!
Mt favourite horse again :-) Cheers Diane
