Walking through Underground at Allendale Square in the city last week the scene above through the window of Bellini Hair Styling for Men caught my eye. Three chairs, three mirrors et trois lumières X three reflections.. if only the shop had been open at that time I might have caught three gentlemen sitting in those chairs, that would have been the icing on the cake :) Do you ever take a shot of no consequence.. just because it appeals to you? Happy Thursday, take care and stay safe..
A good slice of life shot!
ReplyDeleteTHREE from Thee! Your shot seems meaningful and a bit strange

ReplyDeleteThanks for finally talking about >"All the threes et une serviette bleue.."

Very nice captured, Grace. Like the serviette bleue..
ReplyDeleteI like very much this black and white with a touch of blue picture. Empty spaces often fascinate me. Beautiful !
ReplyDeleteWhen you talk of "no consequence" photos, you're talking about me, Grace! :) Actually, this is a fine, artistic photograph for which you should never apologize. Actually, again, I can't say I've ever seen one of your photos that could be classified as of "no consequence." Keep on keeping on because you're certainly on the right track!
ReplyDeleteI always take the shot, just because it appeals to me. I like this one.
ReplyDeleteRather more swish than the barbers where I get a trim, probably more expensive too. With digital you can have the luxury of clicking the shutter as many times as you want, so go for it!
ReplyDeleteI like this photo very much.
ReplyDeleteI am often behind if out walking because I always seen something that catches my eye.
I do it all the time! I like this photo. It's speaks volumes without saying a word.
ReplyDeleteIf you saw how many terrible photos I take to get one good one...
ReplyDeleteLove this photo!
...looks a bit fancy for me!
ReplyDeleteLovely photo Grace, very atmospheric.
ReplyDeleteI like this shot even without any people in those chairs. If I like it, I take it.
ReplyDeleteI like it and I don't think you need people in it, Grace!
ReplyDeleteLovely photo with reflections, Grace.
ReplyDeleteBlack and white with a single splash of colour was a good idea.
ReplyDeleteWow, I love this pic, Grace! Arty, mysterious, the white brick wall is just what the place needs and the blue towel is the icing.
ReplyDeleteWho knows if real men really would add to the scene? ;-)
I haven´t been there yet - list is growing!
Nice captured

You have a good eye for the unusual, well done. Hope all is well. Take care Diane
ReplyDeleteYes sometimes your eyes are hit by something special and this was the case when you made this beautiful photo!
ReplyDeleteThe great image!
ReplyDeleteI like the way the blue just pops out.
ReplyDeleteI like this a lot. This has a timeless quality. I think some of my favorite shots are ones I take just because it appeals.
ReplyDeleteI like it and I don't think you need people in it, Grace!
