Ever since I heard about it's opening back in August this year I've wanted to check out BOOespresso, a 2m x 4m micro cafe supposedly the smallest coffee window joint in Perth.. whether that's true or not, hole-in-the-wall coffee bars are popping up all over town, it's location in North Perth opposite dog friendly Robertson Park and the inclusion of 'puppacino's' (frothy goats milk topped with beef and chicken liver treats) on the menu assures BOOespresso is the winner of the quirk factor.. come on, if you can buy your real child a baby-chino why not a puppacino for your fur baby right :) P and I had an excellent regular grown up coffee but I was seriously tempted by the Nutella hot choc.. next time! Happy Tuesday, take care and stay safe...
OMG! Frothy goat's milk with beef and chicken liver treats? For puppies? I hope this new fad does not spread to this country. Oh, oh, maybe it already has! Yikes! I wouldn't mind a cup of real coffee, though, sans all the other calorie-heavy stuff! :)
ReplyDeleteI think I agree with Lowell!! The menu would appeal to my son's dog, but not to me!!! Hope your new week is off to a great start!! Enjoy -- without goats milk and chicken livers!!
ReplyDeletePuppacino's a new one to me. I'd want some of that nutella hot chocolate!
ReplyDeleteNutella hot chocolate, I think I might give that a try too! Sounds wonderful. That gelato place I've featured before called Frost serves a Nutella gelato and it is delicious.
ReplyDeleteHow entertaining is this...I'm enjoying the comments as much as your post. Will have to come back and see what others say. BTW I'll join you for that nutella hot choc :).
ReplyDeleteI bet the pups drag their humans across that road pretty often!
ReplyDeleteI am always ready for a good cup of coffee!
ReplyDeleteChairs under the shade of a tree? How thoughtful and I wish more places would have shaded areas. There are only a few days a year in Australia when it is nice to sit in the sun.
ReplyDeleteWas the scooter guy your ride? Nice little oasis and I enjoyed the gray
ReplyDeleteALOHA, Friend; Thrilled to be back!

It seems that nobody knows Italian around there: that would be a very weird name for a drink around here...
ReplyDeleteOooh, no furry friend for me and no coffee either so that leaves me with... Naughty Nutella hot choc!!! That tree is fab! Hot choc in the shade for me as it's probably way too warm outside!
ReplyDeleteA very tiny coffee break under the tree, The stuff for the dogs seems a bit extravagant.. doggy can do without it I think.
ReplyDeleteCuts down on the overhead dramatically, I would think.
ReplyDeleteIf it's hot enough to sit in the shade I think I might want a beer, not a coffee. Not sure about the dog though....
ReplyDeleteLovely coffee shop and a great neighborhood, it seems!
ReplyDeleteI like the dog and cycle friendliness.
Have a Great Week!
Peace :)
One coffee under the tree please.
ReplyDeleteLike the way the "Only" sign point right to the BOOexpresso window, Looks like a great place from your pictures.
ReplyDeleteA fun and surely most delicious place to stop by and enjoy. That is a cool scooter! My favorite color too. Enjoy your week.
ReplyDeleteI would have to have a Nutella hot chocolate :)
ReplyDeleteThat's definitely quirky! From the looks of it…and the sounds of the menu. But, as long as they have a good latte they'd have me as a customer. : )
ReplyDeleteJust hope they don't get mixed up! Lucky to have that tree handy....
ReplyDeleteI'll have one of those Nutella Hot Choc's Grace.
ReplyDeleteNutella hot chocolate? Count me in!
ReplyDeleteClever idea, that shop - enjoy, Grace :-)
ReplyDeleteVery cute coffee shop, hadn't heard of it. I could have a Nutella hot chocolate too, great idea!
ReplyDeleteCool, I've never seen such a small coffee (window) !
ReplyDeleteA BOOtiful idea.
ReplyDeleteNothing is too good for any fur-babies in my home! This kind of vendor reminds of two lovely señoras in Mazatlán that I used to visit daily when we wintered there years ago. Since we will be back there again for the month of January (yea!!) I hope that they are still open for business. Making it in México is tough!
ReplyDeleteMan that window is high!
ReplyDeleteC'est amusant ces cafés, peu d'investissements:)
ReplyDeletemmmm...I think I'll stick to the regular latte thanks Grace...
