Whichever way you spell it grey is good! We've had a most welcome few rainy days here in Perth.. had almost given up on any moisture falling from the skies for the next three or four months, so anything between then and now is a bonus. If you wondered where I was yesterday it was up a ladder with a paint brush in my hand.. yes again! The whole house is now painted and if I ever see another paint brush without a canvas in front of it it will be too soon :) Into my grey day came a splash of colour in the form of a bejeweled cat. Painted by super talented Perth artist Rahalie McGuirk who's work you have seen before here. Four eyes, two tails and a sweet, sweet smile, j'adore, merci beaucoup Rahalie. Wishing you a colouful weekend, take care and stay safe..
Love the cat!

ReplyDeleteLove all the colours of that cat!
ReplyDeleteOh, yes!! I do love that colorful cat!!! What a fun shot for the day!! I hope you enjoy a wonderful weekend!! Take care!
ReplyDeleteThat cat is just what you need to brighten a grey day, Grace. We had rain this morning but the sun has now come out so everyone is smiling again since it is 17˚C which is really warm for November.
ReplyDeleteLove that first shot and its rflections. Like an abstract painting. Have a lovely weekend.
ReplyDeleteI love puddle reflections. And your new kitty is cute!
ReplyDeleteWhat a reflection and a colorful two tailed cat to boot!
ReplyDeleteReflections in puddles are the best. Also enjoyed the cat art.
ReplyDeleteI love your blue reflection.
ReplyDeleteThe reflection shot is very artsy! Nicely done. I've heard of cats with 9 lives but none with 2 tails...unless, maybe this cat has two tales to tell? Hmm....
ReplyDeleteI can send you rain! :-) The cat is cute and looks very nice against a pure white wall! I'm going to start painting walls soon...
ReplyDeleteThe whimsical artwork is stunning. And of course, a whimsical interpretation of a cat is a grand subject. Love the whisper of blue in your first photo.
ReplyDeleteThat first picture, is it one of mine...?
ReplyDeleteVery enigmatic. :-)
ReplyDelete...and here I was complaining about the rain here in Coventry :).
ReplyDeletelove the first picture, it's great. I thought I was seeing double with the cat for a moment....both you and I are being soaked in rain at the moment...
ReplyDeleteAppealing contrasts in the two pictures!
ReplyDeleteThere is decorating ... and there is decoration! Have a safe W/E (know you are going to be out & about) - just take care and enjoy!!!!
